Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Prakritam Rituals, we take utmost care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Each item is packed with love and checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return

Products are eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • They are received in a damaged or defective condition, or

  • There has been an error in the product delivered (wrong item sent).

Please note:

  • Products once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or results, as all formulations are natural and may vary slightly in color or consistency.

Process for Return or Replacement

  2. Please include:

    • Your order ID,

    • A photo or video clearly showing the damaged or incorrect item, and

    • The outer packaging for reference.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of your product, depending on your preference and product availability.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or promotions

  • Gift cards or free samples

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Note on Natural Variations

All our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Minor variations in fragrance, color, or texture are normal and do not affect product quality or effectiveness.
