Shipping Policy

At Prakritam Rituals, every order is packed with care to ensure your products reach you safely and in perfect condition. We aim to deliver your order efficiently and on time, while maintaining the highest quality standards at every step.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery time depends on your location:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

    • Other locations: 5–10 working days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Fees of ₹50/- will be charged.

  • For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time through our courier partner’s website.

5. International Shipping

At the moment, Prakritam Rituals ships only within India.
We are working on expanding our reach internationally soon — stay tuned for updates!

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at support@prakritamrituals.com or +91 7045252181 with:

  • Your order ID,

  • Photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product, and

  • The outer packaging for reference.

We’ll verify and arrange for a replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery

If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@prakritamrituals.com or +91 7045252181, and we will assist you promptly.
